24-Hour Hour Hotline:Aluminum panel curtain walls are made from high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets, with common thicknesses of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm. The alloy model is 3003, and the temper is H24. The maximum standard sheet size is 1220mm × 2440mm.
The structure primarily consists of a panel, stiffeners, and angle codes. The angle codes can be directly formed by bending or stamping the panel itself, or they can be riveted onto the edges of the panel. Stiffeners are connected to the back of the panel using electric-welded screws, integrating them into a solid unit. This significantly enhances the strength and rigidity of the aluminum panel curtain wall, ensuring flatness over long-term use and resistance to wind and seismic forces. For applications requiring sound insulation and thermal insulation, efficient insulating materials can be installed on the inner side of the aluminum panel.
The surface of aluminum panel curtain walls is typically treated with a chromate conversion pretreatment followed by a fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating process. This coating utilizes KANAR 500 polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin for both the topcoat and clear coat. Coating systems are generally two-coat, three-coat, or four-coat. Fluorocarbon coatings offer exceptional corrosion resistance and weatherability, resisting acid rain, salt spray, and various air pollutants. They also exhibit excellent resistance to cold and heat, withstand strong ultraviolet (UV) radiation, and maintain their color without fading or chalking for extended periods, ensuring a long service life.
Our factory uses high-quality fluorocarbon paints from world-renowned manufacturers such as PPG, DNT, AKZO, and NIPPON. A wide range of colors is available; customers can either select directly from the color charts provided by the manufacturer or supply their own color samples.
